A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and transferring between
items of the existing appropriations from the general revenue
fund to the department of administration, ethics commission,
account no. fund 0223, fiscal year 1996, organization 0220, as
originally appropriated by chapter eight, acts of the
Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-five, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriations from the general
revenue fund to account no. fund 0223, fiscal year 1996,
organization 0220, be amended and reduced in the line item as
follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, reduce and transfer between existing items in
the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit. The item
for unclassified is reduced by nineteen thousand four hundred
eighty-five dollars. The item for personal services is increased by fourteen thousand five hundred dollars. The item for employee
benefits is increased by four thousand nine hundred eighty-five
dollars. The amounts as itemized for expenditure in the fiscal
year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-six, shall be available for expenditure immediately upon the
effective date of this bill.
